While we completely understand why you’d want your gift to go straight to your sponsored child, all sponsorship funds are pooled together and then carefully distributed to every child and family in the program. We do it this way for two important reasons — first, to ensure we’re fully compliant with legal and financial regulations, and second, to make sure that no child is ever left out or goes without food and essentials.
